Paris Fury opened up about her miscarriage which she kept from Tyson Paris Fury has opened up about her heartbreaking miscarriage and the reason she initially didn’t tell her husband.
Tyson Fury is busy preparing for his rematch against Oleksandr Usyk, which takes place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, tomorrow (21 December). He recently shared that he hasn’t spoken to wife Paris for three months in the run-up to the sporting event.
While she’s totally supportive of this, it was during his first match against Usyk that she kept a big secret from him, and for a very good reason.
It was for this fight that Paris told him she couldn’t come to the event.
At the time, she had lied about her reason for staying away, but the truth was that she had suffered a miscarriage at six months pregnant with their eighth child, a boy, and decided not to tell him ahead of the bout.

Later, an emotional Fury revealed that he was not told the news before heading into the ring and when he was asked about if he was planning on having any more children, the 6ft 9in boxer answered: “Never say never. I only have seven.
“The one that she was having, she lost that on the Friday of the fight, which was pretty s****y.
“She was six months pregnant. It’s not like a small miscarriage at the beginning – you have to physically give birth to a dead child, on your own, while your husband is in a foreign country. To go through that on your own isn’t good.
“I could not be there for her in that moment. And that’s tough for me. I have been with the woman for longer than I wasn’t with her, so it’s hard that I couldn’t be there with her in that time,” he admitted.
Fury went on: “She said she couldn’t come and I asked her what was up and asked her to tell me but she wouldn’t. So I knew, I knew there was a problem. I said to my brother, ‘She’s lost that baby’. She never told me she had lost the baby, but I knew.
“When I got back I got the inevitable confirmation that it was gone but she kept it to herself.”
But why did she keep it from him?

It turns out that Paris was supporting her husband, like she always has done.
Paris revealed to the Mirror her heartbreaking reason: “I had to make the decision, do I tell him? And I came to the conclusion that whatever was happening with me, I couldn’t change it. But I could change dramatically what was happening in his life.
“I made up a lie that I had high blood pressure. It was the only thing I could think of that would stop me from flying without having to give him the terrible news.”
She went on to say that she ‘knew there was a problem during the gender scan, explaining: “The sonographer said to me, ‘I’m really sorry, Paris, there’s no heartbeat.’ I jumped up, started to cry, and said, ‘No, hold on, hold on. No, no, wait,’ and went all frantic”.
She added: “At the time it feels like your world is ripped to pieces. But I know everyone can get through it. And what is so traumatic one day, becomes a memory. You know, you had that little piece of life, even if it’s such a short time.
“Mentally I’m at ease with what went on. Physically, I’m OK.”
She has now vowed to never miss another fight, and she’ll be in Saudi tomorrow to support him, saying: “I said after the last fight, I’d never miss another one. I think there was just too much going on in his head last time.
“And yeah, I think 100 percent he’ll be coming home with the belt.”

Paris Fury sends message to husband Tyson after fighter admitted he hasn’t spoken ‘single word’ to her in three months
Tyson Fury admitted to going to extraordinary lengths in preparation for his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk
Paris Fury is gearing up for an emotional reunion with her husband Tyson Fury after the boxing legend revealed the couple hasn’t exchanged a single word in three months.
Earlier this week, Tyson admitted to going to extraordinary lengths in preparation for the fight, cutting off all communication with his wife of 16 years and their seven children.
“People don’t see the sacrifices made,” Paris shared on Instagram.
“I’ve let him solely concentrate on this fight. It seems like he’s been gone forever, especially with no contact, but if it’s what he needs…”

Tyson himself opened up about the toll this training camp has taken.
Speaking to Dev Sahni, he explained: “It’s been a long camp, being away from my wife and kids for three months. I’ve not spoken to Paris in three months, not one word. Yeah, I’ve sacrificed a lot. It will be worth it, 100 percent.”
The Gypsy King is leaving no stone unturned as he looks to reclaim his WBC heavyweight title after suffering the first loss of his professional career to Usyk in May. The Ukrainian fighter outboxed Fury in a thrilling match that left fans stunned and Fury determined to come back stronger.
Paris, who’s been by Tyson’s side since they were teenagers, has stood firm during the gruelling months of silence.
And yesterday (19 December) she sent a three-word message to her husband. The mother-of-seven, 35, shared a snap from her private jet journey to Saudi Arabia with her eldest son, Prince John James, 13, ahead of Tyson’s highly anticipated rematch against Oleksandr Usyk on Saturday (21 December).
She captioned the picture: “On our way.”
Anne-Sofie Koktved, a relationship expert at Datingxperten.de, explained that such a stance between the married couple is about ‘maintaining the level of focus required to perform at his peak’.
“Preparing for such a high-stakes fight demands mental discipline, and even the slightest distraction, including day-to-day parenting concerns, could throw him off balance,” Koktved added.
Fans however, have been divided on Tyson’s approach. One commented: “Why wouldn’t you speak to your wife and kids? I don’t get that at all.”
Another added: “He can spare time for interviews but can’t text Paris? Not worth it.”
Others defended the boxer, saying it shows his unwavering dedication to reclaiming the title and delivering for his family in the long run.

Fury’s interview came after he revealed that Paris suffered a miscarriage the night before the first fight. She did not tell him until after the match.
“She said she couldn’t come and I asked her what was up and asked her to tell me but she wouldn’t. So I knew, I knew there was a problem. I said to my brother, ‘She’s lost that baby’,” Fury added.
“She never told me she had lost the baby, but I knew.”
As Tyson prepares to face Usyk once again, fans will be watching closely – not just to see if Fury can reclaim his belt, but also how the couple navigates life after such an extreme training regimen.
In the meantime, Paris’s private jet snap suggests that she’s already looking forward to a long-awaited reunion – and perhaps some long-overdue conversations.

Mike Tyson makes heartbreaking admission about his troubles ahead of Jake Paul fight
“I was born that way.”
Boxing icon Mike Tyson has made a controversial admission ahead of his fight with Jake Paul.
The former heavyweight champion was due to face the YouTuber-turned-boxer earlier this year, but a medical emergency put a stop to their hyper-publicised fight.
The match had to be rescheduled when Tyson suffered from an inflamed ulcer flare-up, with the hotly anticipated encounter pushed back to November 15.
The big day will be Iron Mike’s first fight since the exhibition against fellow boxing legend Roy Jones in 2020. Tyson hasn’t fought professionally since his loss against Kevin McBride in 2005.

Ahead of the fight, Tyson admitted being ‘a junkie’, saying he was ‘born an addict’. The pro boxer explained he often smokes marijuana, though he had to give it up recently in the lead-up to the fight against Paul.
“I smoked weed all my life. Listen, I was born an addict. I was born that way. I’m a junkie. So, that’s just how I was born,” Tyson said on the Come And Talk 2 Me podcast.
“I don’t know what to do. I don’t get high now, but that’s who I am. I switch my addiction to something else, but I’m a junkie,” he continued.
The boxer also revealed he had taken another drug not long before appearing on the podcast.
“I was smoking not too long ago. I’m cool now, probably two weeks or so without smoking,” he said. “I did a little mushrooms before I came here though.”
Tyson has given weed up while training to fight Paul because marijuana is on the list of banned substances used by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
According to World Boxing News, his health will only be assessed on the day before the fight (November 14).
This means that there is the chance the fight will not take place, particularly after Tyson’s medical scare in May.

On a fight from Miami to Los Angeles, the former boxer stared feeling dizzy and nauseous, forcing flight attendants to ask if there was a doctor on board. Paramedics boarded the plane once it landed in LA after the flight was delayed by two hours in Florida because of the heat.
Despite the emergency, Tyson seemed still set to beat Paul ‘very badly’.

Queensbury Promotions – owned by Frank Warren – released a statement to X – formerly known as Twitter – to share the update.
It revealed that Fury had sustained ‘a freak cut during a sparring session in Riyadh’.
“The cut, which opened above Fury’s right eye, required urgent medical attention and significant stitching, and will obviously require a period of recovery, scuppering any possibility of the fight with Usyk taking place on 17 February in Saudi Arabia,” the statement explains.
A spokesperson added: “Whilst this is still breaking news it is clearly a massive disappointment, after the work that has been done by so many people to finally deliver this historic event to the world.”

The spokesperson notes the team will have ‘a better idea of the period of recovery needed’ once doctors have accessed the damage to Fury’s eye.
“Once known we will work diligently with all the stake-holders and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to reschedule this fight as soon as possible and will of course keep everyone updated with developments.”
Fury has also spoken out about the turn of events, voicing that he is ‘absolutely devastated’ the fight is being postponed after he prepared for it for ‘so long’ and was in ‘such superb condition’.
He resolves: “I feel bad for everyone involved in this huge event and I will work diligently towards the rescheduled date once the eye has healed.
“I can only apologise to everyone affected including my own team, Team Usyk, the undercard fighters, partners, and fans as well as our hosts and my friends in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

And boxing fans are flooding to social media to weigh in on the announcement.
One X user said: “Knew this fight would never happen.”
“Gutted, half expected it coming but that’s some gash, gonna take a while for that to heal,” another added.
A third wrote: “The fight was never on, let’s all be honest.”
And a fourth commented: “Get well soon champ.”

What Tyson Fury said to Oleksandr Usyk after fight as he made promise to Ukrainian fighter
The Gypsy King made a promise like no other in the aftermath of the fight
The fight of a lifetime left fans with a wholesome moment between the Ukrainian heavyweight and the Gypsy King when a promise was made.
Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk’s battle for the heavyweight world title last night was one for the ages, and fans had been gearing up to see the pair fight it out for months.
But when Usyk became the first undisputed champion of the four-belt era due to a split decision, it was all love between the duo.
With scores of 115-112, 113-114, and 114-113, it was a close call in the ring.

It was one of the finest heavyweight fights and sporting spectacles of the 21st century, with fans experiencing it all, with the scales being tipped numerous times and Fury coming back from the brink of defeat to fight to the end.
The result takes the Ukrainian’s boxing record to 22-0-0 with 14 wins by KO, following up on a win against Derek Chisora, back-to back wins against Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois in consecutive bouts.
However, there was one thing that was promised after the winner was announced, which shows exactly how humble and honourable the two men are.
Before Usyk was crowned the victor, Fury pulled him in for a bear hug and kissed him on the head.
Then, just moments after the winner was announced, he told his opponent: “Good work Oleksandr. You’re a strong man and a very good boxer. Very good, my brother. In Christ.”

Usyk replied with how long he’d been preparing for this moment: “Listen, I started preparing for you when you were boxing in 2008, European champion.”
To which Fury said: “Thank you my brother, you’re a very good boxer. I love it, I love it, good moves.”
That’s when the Gypsy King made a promise like no other to the new undisputed heavyweight champion.
He said: “I’d like to come to Ukraine with my family and have a holiday with your family and you can come to my house and have a holiday with me.”
Usyk quickly agreed and replied: “No problem, my friend.”
There was then a thank you to Prince Turki bin Salman Al Saud, the brother of crown prince Mohammed bin Salman as he did the impossible to bring the fight together.
Respect is everything in this game! Fury congratulates Usyk on becoming the undisputed heavyweight champ. #FuryUsyk #RingOfFire
He said: “Turki, thank you my brother for putting this on. Look how many people couldn’t put us together, but you made this happen for the world. We gave them a precious fight.”
But it might not be over!
Prince Turki went on to talk about the possibility of more fights in Saudi Arabia and Fury quickly agreed.
The fighter said: “Yeah, we’ll have it again. Show me the money baby! Show Oleksandr the money!”
