Wife Gets £10,000 After Chef Husband Sacks Her Following CCTV Affair Discovery

The couple had been together for 19 years

A woman has won a £10,000 payout after getting sacked by her chef husband when she caught him having an affair.

Jacqueline Herling certainly got her payback after Stefan’s secret was revealed to her on CCTV by deciding to go after him with a lawsuit.

The pair worked in a pub together and it all kicked off when she confronted him for the affair, saying she ‘would not set foot’ in there again.

The mum-of-two’s work was reduced to ‘occasional duties’ and her salary was paid to her as normal for the next four months.

However, an employment tribunal heard how head chef Stefan suddenly issued her a P45 without even warning her.

Jacqueline and Stefan had been together for 19 years and had moved into a property above the pub, running it together.

But that all came crumbling down when she caught him having an affair with the sous chef on the CCTV.

The tribunal was told how he initially denied it when his wife confronted him on 30 May 2022, until she explained she’d seen it with her own eyes on the footage.

The woman was paid a ‘nominal’ tax-free salary of £9,000 a year for the pub and apparently did not leave after telling Stefan she wanted nothing more to do with it.

Their kids stayed with relatives for a short time while discussions took place but soon returned to live with their mum at the pub.

It was explained how she, however, ‘did not work in the pub’ but did perform ‘occasional duties which benefitted the business’ like chopping logs and one trip to Costco for supplies.

While her husband had encouraged her to ‘think about things’ before making ‘long-term decisions’, Jacqueline began divorce proceedings in the July.

Stefan then apparently spoke to the business’ accountant who said she could not be paid if she wasn’t working for the pub.

And so, based on this, the company issued her a P45 at the start of October. But he didn’t tell her until the start of November when she asked where her pay was.

The business and Stefan argued she had ‘resigned’ when she found out about the affair.

But the tribunal did not agree with this as ‘things were said/suggested in the heat of the moment’ but not ‘acted upon nor carried through’.

It was found that she had been ‘unfairly dismissed’ but ‘any compensation should be limited to a month’s pay’.

Relationship expert explains if Tyson Fury's three-month silence with wife Paris is a bad thing

Relationship expert explains if Tyson Fury’s three-month silence with wife Paris is a bad thing

The Gypsy King is sacrificing a lot for his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk

A relationship expert has given their take on the revelation that Tyson Fury hasn’t spoken to his wife Paris for three months in the build-up to his heavyweight boxing rematch against world champion, Oleksandr Usyk.

The Gypsy King will head back to the ring to try and beat the legendary Ukrainian boxer after Usyk beat Fury in their first fight back in May.

It’s seen as one of the very final huge fights of each boxer’s careers, with grandfather time getting to us all at some point or another.

In preparation for the rematch, which takes place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday (21 December), Fury revealed he hasn’t spoken to wife Paris for three months in the build-up to the huge sporting event.

Fury’s explanation

For Fury, his lack of contact with his wife Paris and their children has been to keep his focus on the job at hand.

Speaking to boxing presenter Dev Sahni on Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions, Manchester native Fury said: “It’s been a long camp. Been away from my wife and kids for three months.

“I’ve not spoken to Paris at all for three months, not one word. Yeah, I’ve sacrificed a lot.

“It will be worth it, 100 percent.”

For Fury’s first fight against Usyk, Paris told him she couldn’t come to the fight. Tragically, she had suffered a miscarriage at six months pregnant but not told him ahead of the bout.

“I knew there was a problem. I said to my brother, ‘she’s lost that baby’,” Fury said.

Is the silence normal? Relationship expert explains

Anne-Sofie Koktved, relationship expert at Datingxperten.de, has responded to Fury’s revelation about his silence with Paris.

Is it a problem, according to Koktved? No, not really.

She explains: “Tyson Fury’s decision to distance himself from Paris isn’t about conflict but about maintaining the level of focus required to perform at his peak.

“Preparing for such a high-stakes fight demands mental discipline, and even the slightest distraction, including day-to-day parenting concerns, could throw him off balance.”

For Koktved, she said the sacrifice from both ends ‘shows the strength of their partnership’.

She said: “Paris understands and respects his process, and that level of trust is the foundation of a strong relationship. It’s a lesson for us all.

“Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do for your relationship is to give your partner the space they need to grow and succeed individually.”

Tyson Fury explains why he’s not ‘said a word’ to wife Paris for three months

Tyson Fury explains why he’s not ‘said a word’ to wife Paris for three months

Fury will fight Oleksandr Usyk for a second time this coming weekend

Tyson Fury has explained the reasoning behind not seeing or speaking to his wife Paris for the three months building up to his hugely anticipated rematch with Oleksandr Usyk.

Now aged 36, Fury met Paris back when she was 15 and he was 17, with their relationship starting a year later.

They have been together ever since, tying the knot back in 2008 before raising seven children together at their home in Morecambe.

But in the build up to fight against Usyk, which takes place on Saturday (21 December) in Saudi Arabia, the Gypsy King revealed he hasn’t spoken to or seen his wife or kids for the three or so months leading up to the rematch.

It is the second fight between Fury and Usyk, with the Ukrainian handing Manchester-native Fury his first career loss in their first bout back in May 2024.

A close fight, Usyk won by split decision with two judges giving the result to him while a third said that Fury had edged it.

To prepare for the rematch, Fury revealed this week he and Paris haven’t spoken a single word to each other for the 12 or so weeks building up to the fight. And he’s now explained that.

“I’ve been away for months on end. I’ve not even spoke to me wife in over three months now,” Tyson said in an interview with Sky Sports ahead of the big rematch.

“Not one word because I’m enjoying myself in my training camp and I don’t want to go from being a husband and a dad to be a beast.

“I want to stay in beast mode.

“It doesn’t have to be like that but I’ve chose that route for this fight.

“I’m just looking forward to it all and getting in there and doing what I got to do.”

Now, just days before the fight, Paris has shared a snap to her Instagram Stories herself and her eldest son, 13-year-old Prince John James, on a private jet bound for Saudi Arabia with the two set to watch Fury’s fight in person.

On the silence, Paris said: “People don’t see the sacrifices made.

“I’ve let him solely concentrate on this fight. It seems like he’s been gone forever, especially with no contact, but if it’s what he needs.”

Dubai millionaire's wife shares 'rules' set by her husband that she has to follow

Dubai millionaire’s wife shares ‘rules’ set by her husband that she has to follow

Sofia Kralow spilled the beans on TikTok

Most relationships involve several unspoken ground rules, usually regarding respect, boundaries and affection.

But this woman claims she has a very unusual set of ‘orders’ to follow from her husband, which would probably make the majority of women pass out.

Sofia Kralow loves to share snippets of her affluent lifestyle on social media, as well as her secrets to keeping her man happy and her marriage on track.

The fact that her fella, Thomas Kralow, is a filthy rich trader and hedge fund manager obviously helps with this quite a lot, as she is used to a certain standard and isn’t shy about sharing it with the rest of the world.

She reckons that other women need to ‘raise their standards’ as she would ‘never date broke men’, hence how she landed herself a bloke who is simply rolling in it and taking her from A to B on private jets.

Sofia, who describes herself as a ‘businesswoman and female coach who owns a million-dollar perfume empire’, has acquired quite a few fans online who have started to follow their relationship quite intently.

Sofia and Thomas share snippets of their lavish lifestyle online.

Instagram/@thomaskralow

People are always asking her questions about where they can find their own Thomas, what life is like as the spouse of a Dubai millionaire and how she is treated by him.

The content creator is more than happy to divulge the details of how her marriage works online, while also taking the opportunity to flaunt a few of their dates at luxury restaurants and her latest lavish purchases in her videos.

In a recent TikTok clip, Sofia revealed the ‘rules’ her husband wants her to follow throughout their marriage, while jokingly adding: “Sometimes it feels nice to live by some rules.”

She revealed what rules her millionaire husband sets for her.

Instagram/@thomaskralow

She explained that Thomas insists she must ‘never cook or clean’ as their maids can tidy up after them as well as whipping up a storm in the kitchen.

Her husband is also said to have forbidden her from ‘driving by herself’, with Sofia explaining that only a professional driver or Thomas himself can whip her around.

As well as this, Sofia says that she ‘can only use his credit cards’, which I’m sure is a huge struggle for her. Not.

And lastly, Thomas doesn’t want his wife to exert herself while she’s getting ready – so ‘only professionals’ are allowed to do her makeup.

When it comes to rules like that, who would want to break them?

Social media users were left stunned by Thomas’ set of rules, with one commenting: “Lucky lady.”

Another person wrote: “Love that for you!!!”

And a third added: “I want it to.”

In an Instagram post shared last month, Thomas told blokes they need to take a leaf out of his book instead of expecting their other halves to ‘cook, clean, do dishes, do grocery shopping, take care of laundry and pick up the mans crap’.

He wrote in the caption: “F**k no. For all this basic bs you need a maid, not a wife. Your wife must be your soul mate, your love, your support, your energy source, your passion, your ‘wildest desire’, your better half! And these things have ZERO in-common with the first list. Get your priorities straight!”

Man charges his own wife £700 after spending six hours deep cleaning the house

Marc Hatch reckons his other half ‘got a bargain’ for all the hard work he put in to cleaning the pad – that they both share.

A ballsy bloke handed his own wife a £700 bill after he spent six hours deep cleaning the house.

Marc Hatch reckons his other half Jasmine ‘got a bargain’ for all the hard work he put in to cleaning the property – which they both share with their three children.

The businessman, who owns carpet and upholstery cleaning company Clean Me, explained he had a tough job on his hands when he got to work sprucing up a large corner sofa, three bedroom carpets and a stone floor.

After bending over backwards to get it done over a six hour period, the 39-year-old shared a post on Facebook explaining that his ‘customer’ had been ‘absolutely delighted’ with the results…but there was one major issue.

Taking to social media, he claimed that despite transforming the state of the furniture and flooring, there had been ‘a very unfortunate incident when a customer refused to pay’.

The post read: “Last week we had a very unfortunate incident when a customer refused to pay!

“After cleaning a large corner sofa, 3 bedroom carpets and a stone floor the customer informed us she was absolutely delighted with the results! Great news, or so we thought!”

Marc Hatch decided to spruce up the family home... but it didn't come cheap.

Kennedy News and Media

Marc complained that he was still out of pocket for the job, which he estimated would have cost £700 to complete.

But it turned out that the so-called ‘customer’ was actually the mother of his children and wife.

He shared a screenshot of the invoice he had sent to his spouse Jasmine, 34, in a WhatsApp chat, to which she hilariously responded: “Get a grip, we’re married with three kids.”

Since sharing the joke online on Monday (22 January 22nd), it has since gone viral and has racked up almost 13,000 likes, shares and comments.

Marc sarcastically complained that it was ‘hard work’ being the cleaning fairy, moaning that it took him ‘half a day’.

He said: “We do the sofa regularly but I do a clean like that every six months. I normally just say it to her [about payment] but I thought ‘you know what, I’ll send her a message’.”

The dad-of-three, from Doncaster, South Yorkshire, continued: “She was sitting next to me when I sent it. I pretended I was messaging someone else and she looked at me, started laughing straight away and replied instantly.

“Sometimes she’ll react like that, sometimes she’ll laugh, sometimes she’ll blow her top if I push too far but it’s always light-hearted. I’m always winding her up. We do it to each other, me to her more than anything.

Marc's wife had a blunt response to his invoice.

Kennedy News and Media

The cleaning boss added: “We have an ongoing joke about things that we should get paid for. If I’ve got the kids, I’ll say to her ‘I’m babysitting the kids, where’s my babysitting money?’ She’s like ‘they’re your kids you don’t babysit your own kids’.”

Mental health nurse Jasmine said she had taken the message with a pinch of salt, as ‘it’s just typical Marc’.

She explained that they have a running joke where she ‘threatens to bill him for child care services, cooking, cleaning and organising all the birthday presents – all those types of things.’

The mum added: “He won’t be getting that payment of £700. There will be some response to him, I’m just biding my time.”

The funny exchange has really tickled Facebook users – much to Marc’s pleasure, as he ‘loves making people laugh’ and said it was ‘satisfying’ to hear he could put a smile on someone’s face.

One social media user commented on the post: “This is amazing!”

Another joked: “Tell her tea had better be good then.”

And a third added: “I didn’t get it until I read that the contact was ‘the wife’ then I was like ohhhhh.”
