Police in Scotland have revealed the final text message sent from two sisters who are currently missing in Aberdeen.
Sisters Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, both 32, were last seen on 7 January, with security footage capturing the pair walking towards the Scottish city’s Victoria Bridge at 2.12am. The clip shows Eliza and Henrietta crossing the bridge before turning right onto a footpath next to the River Dee.
Neither sister has been seen or heard from since.

Both Eliza and Henrietta are described as being white and slim with brown hair. Footage captured on CCTV shows the pair wearing grey-coloured coats. Earlier footage captured around 2.50pm on Monday, 6 January, 2025 showed the pair both wearing rucksacks.
Two weeks on from their disappearance, and police have now shared details of the text message which one of the sisters sent to their landlady, as the family continue with their desperate search to find answers.
In the latest update, authorities revealed the sisters sent a text message in the early hours of the morning from Henrietta’s phone, indicating that the pair would not be returning to the flat. Around the same time, CCTV saw the pair walking towards the bridge.
Henrietta’s phone was then disconnected from the network and has not been active since.
Concern over the sister’s welfare was raised the following day when their landlady visited the flat and discovered personal belongings still there.
The sisters’ family back in Hungary are aware of their disappearance and are said to be in contact with police.

Their brother Jozsef told the BBC in an interview that the family were unaware of the sisters’ plans to end their tenancy.
“They never mentioned any such plan,” he said.
A translated statement on behalf of the family has also been issued to the BBC, which asks for privacy.
“We kindly ask everyone for respect,” the statement reads. “Please do not spread any unfounded rumours.”
Speaking about the disappearance, Superintendent David Howieson has ruled out any possibility of ‘criminality‘ being involved.
“We have carried out a significant trawl of public and private CCTV footage as we try to establish the sisters’ movements,” he said.
“Several hours of footage are being examined by a dedicated team of officers and we have so far established that Eliza and Henrietta were at the footpath next to the River Dee at 2.50pm on Monday, 6 January, 2025.”
He added: “Extensive enquiries are ongoing and I would again stress there is nothing to suggest any suspicious circumstances or criminality.”
